Last checked September 26, 2026 · What changed

Asks the customer for a review after the job, by text or email, without you remembering to. We found one product that does this, from one company. It can be bought with a sign-up form. It publishes a price. The one monthly plan in US dollars is $59.

Why so few? Most products sold for this job run on fixed rules rather than AI, so they are not on this map. See where the AI drops out.

Is something missing or wrong?

What to know before you buy

  • Almost every product that asks for reviews sends on a fixed rule, such as a job marked complete. That is automation, and it is often bundled free inside review software you may already have.
  • The one product on the map uses an AI to write each request for the customer, sent on the same kind of trigger.
  • The request only goes out if the connection to the tool that knows the job is done keeps working. Ask which of your systems it connects to.
  • Entry plans cap requests low, and texts often cost extra. Count your jobs a month before you pick a plan.

How real (from our first round of research)

In this job, what the products are called and what they actually do are far apart. Thirteen products do this job, but 12 of them turned out to run on fixed rules rather than AI, and a later search of the whole market found no other AI product. Of the 12 we checked, the thing that fires the review request is a rule and not a model: a job marked complete, a paid invoice, a visit written into the practice software. All 12 send without a person pressing send, but only a handful put any AI in this half of the product at all, and several well-known vendors put their AI in the reply half of the same subscription. The one product on the map sends on the same kind of trigger, a job or payment marked complete, but an AI writes each request for that customer.

Watch for

The request trigger depends on an integration with the tool that knows the job is done, so the automation is only as reliable as that connection. Price steps are large, with published entry points running from $29 a month per location to $799 for descriptions of the same core behavior. Request volume is capped low at the entry price: one $99 single-location plan includes 500 requests a month, one $10 plan includes 50, and one vendor charges $5 per 1,000 emails and $5 per 100 texts on top of the seat price. Several of the newer companies sell a negative-review filter or a private complaints form that diverts unhappy customers away from the public profile.

What reviewers raise

Contract and cancellation terms are the loudest theme on the review pages of the platforms that sell this.

Questions to ask in the demo

  1. Does an AI do this, or does a rule? If the answer is “when X happens it sends Y”, you are buying automation, and it should not cost AI prices.
  2. Does it send, or does it draft? Ask for the sentence on their page that says it acts on its own.
  3. Does it do it on its own on this plan, or on the one above? The setting that lets it act without you is often a tier up from the entry price.
